Let me introduce myself and why I've created this self-paced, life-changing online membership just for YOU!

 

I’m Bridget Murphy, a certified Holistic Health Coach, teacher and meditation teacher. I know firsthand what it can be like to burnout. I lived with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for four years and it turned my life upside down just as I felt it was falling into place.

It was a huge wake up call, took lots of trial and error, meant that I had to learn and unlearn so many habitual ways of thinking, feeling and being and start to prioritise my wellbeing and what was most important in my life. It was by no means an easy process but it’s one that’s got me to where I am today- aligned, thriving, energised, present and much more at ease.

I don’t want you to have to get to where I was before you invest in yourself, give yourself the time and space you deserve to create healthier habits and live your life aligned with who you really are- not who you think you should be. That’s why TTYC has been brought to life with so much thought, love and excitement!

MODULE 1.

  • Become aware of what’s taking up most of your time and energy.

  • Worked out what is it you truly do and don’t want (without the ‘shoulds’).

MODULE 2. 

I AM AWARE

Here you’ll deep dive into seeing what you do and why you do it.

By the end of the module you will have:

  • Decoded your healthy and unhealthy habits.
  • Identified what you’d like to create more and less of in your life.
  • Become clear of your triggers, limiting beliefs and fears.
  • Unlocked what’s been holding you back for so long (e.g. anxiety, expectations, lack of boundaries, fatigue).

MODULE 3.

I AM CREATING CHANGE

This is where people see that they CAN create change and they begin to shine. 

By the end of this module you will have:

  • Prioritised habits that’ll serve you best on all levels of your wellbeing.
  • Worked out HOW to form and continue these habits so they’re sustainable.
  • Recognised what you truly want from these habits.
  • Created change based on the strong foundations you’ve set.
  • Stepped so much more into alignment (no more feeling stuck!).

MODULE 4. 

I AM MINDFUL

This is all about making sure that the changes you’ve implemented are aligned and that you have the tools to pull you back on track if you start to deviate!

By the end of this module you will have:

  • Formed healthy routines using your new, healthy habits.
  • Noticed where things are working well and what you could still adjust.
  • Celebrated how far you’ve come and the impact your changes are having on your life.
  • Tapped into what areas of your mindset are moving you forward and what’s still holding you back.
  • Recognised how to better manage your time and energy.

MODULE 5.

I AM ALIGNED

This is where it all comes together. Where you’ll feel like everything makes sense, see what you’ve created and have the motivation to keep moving forward.

By the end of this module you will have:

  • Learnt how to track and celebrate your progress.
  • Clear intentions as you continue moving forward.
  • Come back into alignment with who you are and what you truly want.
  • Build a strong toolbox of tips, strategies and go-tos to support you and weave into your day-to-day life.
  • Bridged the gap from where you were to where you wanted to be.
  • Crafted a very strong personal mission statement.
